BNB by Cami is based in Perth, Western Australia and currently operates exclusively online.

We do not have a physical storefront or customer collection location open to the public.

No. BNB by Cami specialises in salon-quality press-on nails and does not currently provide in-person nail appointments or salon services.

Our sets are designed for you to apply yourself from the comfort of home.

Our products generally range from approximately $5 to $90, depending on the item, design, collection and bundle selected.

Sizing Kits start from $5, with individual press-on nail sets and larger bundles available at different price points.

Our standard press-on nail sets are available in XS, S, M and L.

You can view the nail numbers included in each standard size on our Sizing Guide.

A Sizing Kit is optional when ordering a standard XS, S, M or L set if you already know which standard size fits you.

If you're unsure of your standard size, you can order a Sizing Kit to help find a more accurate fit.

A BNB by Cami Sizing Kit is required for all Custom Orders.

Custom nail sets are individually created to your exact nail sizes. Because each nail is designed specifically for you, we need your confirmed individual sizes before production can begin.

Once your sizes have been submitted and production begins, your custom sizing cannot be changed.

If an individual nail is slightly too large, you can gently file the sides for a more customised fit.

File gradually and carefully to avoid damaging the nail.

If an individual nail from a standard set is too small, please contact us before using or altering it.

Where appropriate, we may be able to arrange an individual replacement nail. Any applicable replacement or postage cost will be discussed with you first.

Yes, once Custom Orders are available. Custom sets require a completed BNB by Cami Sizing Kit before we begin creating your design.

Please order well in advance if your set is needed for a wedding, birthday, holiday or other special event.

BNB by Cami currently ships Australia-wide.

International shipping is not currently available.

All customer orders are currently shipped through Australia Post.

Our regular dispatch day is Monday.

Orders placed by Friday at 2:00 pm AWST will generally be prepared for the following Monday dispatch.

Orders placed after the Friday cut-off generally move into the next Monday dispatch cycle.

Where available, customers can select Express Post at checkout.

Express Post provides a faster Australia Post delivery service after dispatch, but it does not change our normal processing or Monday dispatch schedule.

Yes. Eligible orders over $100 receive free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or offer.

Where tracking is included with the Australia Post service selected, tracking information will be provided once your order has been lodged.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or may be lost, please contact us at hello@bnbbycami.com with your order number.

We will work with Australia Post to investigate the delivery and keep you updated as reasonably possible.

Not at this time. BNB by Cami currently operates online only and customer pickup is not available.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each nail set comes with an application kit containing nail glue, adhesive tabs, a plastic cuticle pusher and a small nail file.

With careful application, removal and storage, press-on nails may be reusable.

Reusability can depend on the application method, adhesive used, wear and how the nails are removed.

Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, application method, adhesive choice and everyday activities.

Following the included preparation and application instructions will help you get the best possible wear from your set.

Yes. Press-on nails and accessories may contain small parts and should be kept away from babies and young children.

If a press-on nail comes loose or pops off, do not leave it where a child or pet could pick it up or swallow it.

Nail glue and application products should be stored securely and kept out of reach of children and pets. Always follow the safety instructions provided with the product.

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns for used, worn or customer-damaged press-on nails.
