Welcome to BNB BY CAMI.

These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, purchase our products or otherwise use our services. By placing an order with BNB BY CAMI, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. About BNB BY CAMI

BNB BY CAMI is a Perth, Western Australia–based online business specialising in salon-quality press-on nails and related nail products.

BNB BY CAMI currently operates exclusively online. We are not a physical nail salon and do not provide in-person nail application services or appointments unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including colours, designs, shapes, lengths and finishes.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the handmade nature of some designs.

Minor variations between handmade nail sets are not necessarily considered defects and may form part of the individual nature of the product.

3. Standard Nail Sizing

BNB BY CAMI offers standard press-on nail sizing options, including XS, S, M and L, where available.

Customers ordering a standard-size nail set are not required to purchase a Sizing Kit if they already know which standard size is suitable for them.

The nail sizes included within each XS, S, M and L option will be displayed in our Sizing Guide so customers can review the sizing before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for selecting the standard size that best suits their nails.

If you are unsure which standard size to select, we recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide or purchasing a BNB BY CAMI Sizing Kit before ordering.

4. Selecting the Correct Standard Size

Please do not guess your standard size if you are unsure.

BNB BY CAMI is not responsible for an incorrect fit where the customer has selected the incorrect standard size, guessed their size or provided incorrect sizing information.

An incorrectly selected size does not, by itself, mean that the product is faulty.

If BNB BY CAMI supplies a size different from the size actually ordered, please contact us. This will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

5. Adjusting a Standard Press-On Nail

If an individual press-on nail is slightly too large, customers may gently file the sides of the nail to achieve a more comfortable fit.

Please file gradually and carefully. Excessive filing, cutting, reshaping or alteration may damage the nail.

BNB BY CAMI is not responsible for damage caused by excessive filing or customer alteration after delivery.

6. Individual Replacement Nails for Standard Sets

If a nail from a standard-size set is too small and cannot be adjusted to fit, please contact us at hello@bnbbycami.com before using the affected nail.

To be considered for an individual sizing replacement, the nail must be unused and must not have been:

• applied with nail glue or adhesive tabs;
• worn;
• filed, cut or reshaped;
• painted, decorated or altered; or
• otherwise damaged.

Where appropriate, BNB BY CAMI may offer an individual replacement nail in a more suitable size.

Any applicable replacement or postage charge will be communicated before the replacement is prepared.

This service is offered at BNB BY CAMI's discretion where the customer selected an unsuitable standard size and does not create an automatic entitlement to a replacement or full replacement set.

This section does not apply where BNB BY CAMI supplied something different from what was ordered.

7. Sizing Kits

BNB BY CAMI Sizing Kits allow customers to determine their individual nail sizes before ordering.

Sizing Kits are optional for standard XS, S, M and L sets where the customer already knows which standard size is appropriate.

However, if you are uncertain about your standard size, we recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering rather than guessing.

Sizing Kit requirements for Custom Orders are different and are explained below.

8. Custom Orders — Sizing Kit Required

A BNB BY CAMI Sizing Kit is required before placing a Custom Order.

Custom nail sets are individually created according to the nail sizes submitted by the customer. For this reason, customers must complete the required sizing process and provide their confirmed individual nail sizes before their custom set can be made.

Standard XS, S, M and L sizing selections are not a substitute for the required Custom Order sizing process.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the sizes they submit.

Once the customer's sizes have been confirmed and production of the custom nail set has commenced, the sizing cannot be changed.

If incorrect sizes were submitted by the customer, BNB BY CAMI is not responsible for remaking the custom set free of charge.

This does not apply where BNB BY CAMI makes an error and supplies a nail size different from the confirmed sizing information provided by the customer.

9. Custom Designs

Before submitting a Custom Order, customers should carefully consider and confirm their requested:

design, colours, shape, length, individual nail sizes and any other available customisation options.

Reference photographs may be provided for inspiration. Because custom nail art is individually created, slight variations may occur and an exact reproduction of another nail artist's work or a reference photograph cannot necessarily be guaranteed.

Once the customer has confirmed the design and sizing and BNB BY CAMI has commenced production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns simply because the customer later changes their mind about a confirmed design, colour, shape, length or sizing selection.

Nothing in this section affects a customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law where a custom product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

10. Custom Order Production & Urgent Orders

Custom nail sets require additional production time because they are individually created according to the customer's confirmed design and sizing.

Estimated production timeframes will be provided on the Custom Orders page or communicated to the customer where applicable.

Customers ordering for a wedding, birthday, holiday, event or other specific occasion should order well in advance to allow sufficient time for production and Australia Post delivery.

Depending on our current Custom Order workload, design complexity and product availability, BNB BY CAMI may occasionally be able to accommodate an urgent request.

Any urgent or expedited production arrangement must be expressly confirmed by BNB BY CAMI before the customer relies on that timeframe.

An expedited production timeframe does not guarantee an Australia Post delivery date. Our Shipping Policy continues to apply.

11. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

12. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, including minimum order values, eligible products, expiry dates or customer eligibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
• expired promotions will not be honoured; and
• promotions may not be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Any specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will also apply.

13. Shipping & Delivery

BNB BY CAMI currently ships orders using Australia Post.

Our normal order processing, weekly dispatch arrangements, Standard and Express Post options, tracking, address requirements and lost or delayed parcel procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Selecting Express Post does not automatically provide priority production or processing.

14. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products

Returns, refunds, replacements and issues involving damaged, faulty or incorrect products are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Application, Removal & Product Care

Customers should follow the application, removal and care instructions provided by BNB BY CAMI.

Press-on nail wear time and reusability can vary depending on factors including nail preparation, application method, adhesive used, lifestyle, exposure to water and how the nails are removed and stored.

We therefore do not guarantee a particular wear duration unless expressly stated.

Customers should discontinue use of a product if they experience an unexpected adverse reaction and seek appropriate advice where necessary.

16. Product Availability

Products and designs are subject to availability.

We may discontinue, modify or temporarily remove products, designs, colours, shapes, lengths or other options from our store.

Products shown as “coming soon” are not guaranteed to become available on a particular date unless a launch date has expressly been announced.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the BNB BY CAMI name, branding, original website content, product photography, graphics and original designs are owned by or licensed to BNB BY CAMI.

They must not be copied, reproduced, commercially used or represented as another business's content without permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Website Use

You must not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use our website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or website.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BNB BY CAMI is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from customer misuse, incorrect application, incorrect sizing information supplied by the customer, unauthorised alteration of a product or failure to follow provided instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our products, services or business operations change.

The current version will be published on our website with its latest update date.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia, subject to any applicable rights under Australian federal law.
